  I think it all depends on which Phoenix you go to but my experience at the Takapuna store means I wont be going back. The girl that did my lashes had a wee bit of a bad attitude (and I found out later from an aquaintance that she had the same girl apply hers and all thoughout the application the girl proceed to tell the other employee how she was going to get totally wasted that night when she goes into town (Totally unprofessional!) My lashes only lasted 3 days before falling out (despite my best efforts to treat them with extra TLC) Ive heard great things about Phoenix but I think some of your staff might be letting you down. To end on a nice note - I absolutely love the layout of the store its beautiful.

With a focus on fashion Phoenix Cosmetics has taken NZ by storm. Recently voted BEST Brows by Metro Magazine, Phoenix Cosmetics offers a range of beauty services as well as a full make-up line.

One of only a handful of New Zealand owned cosmetics companies; Phoenix is the brainchild of make-up artist Phoenix Renata. Sill in her 20s this entrepreneurial young woman saw a gap in the market and set out to fill it. Three years of intensive research and product development led Phoenix to make her dream of creating a range of makeup that caters to all women, into a reality.

The 2 Auckland boutiques are staffed entirely by trained make-up artists, something Phoenix thinks is essential to ensure clients leave with the correct make-up for their skin type and colouring.

All products are hypoallergenic and not tested on animals.
