- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆This review is for the Chesters New Lynn trade store located behind the showroom. I am a DIY person and my experience with this store has been most positive. The range of products is excellent - they have all sorts of bits and pieces and spare parts that can be used to repair old taps, toilets, etc, without having to throw them away and buy new ones. They have many parts that general hardware stores like Mitre 10 and Bunnings do not carry. The staff are very friendly and helpful and give good advice even to DIY folks who are new to plumbing and just need to fix a leaky tap or toilet. So to sum it up - excellent range of products and parts, and knowledgeable staff who are helpful and friendly to both DIYers and tradespeople.By Waitaker, March 26, 2017
